This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Spectrogram (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Galmiza ("Developer"). The Application renders in real-time the spectrogram of the sound recorded by the device microphone. It allows basic sound processing and spectrogram rendering customization which may be configured from the Application.
The Application stores your preferences such as recording and rendering properties.
The Application asks for permission to use the microphone, only to compute and display the spectrogram while it is on screen. The sound is analysed on the device and is never recorded, stored or sent anywhere.
The Application does not collect any information about you, your device, your connection settings.
The audio samples recorded to compute the spectrogram are not stored in the device or any other storage service.
The Application does not collect any information about the location of your mobile device.
No third party may see or have access to the information you provided in the Application.
You can remove the information you provided by uninstalling the Application.
The User Provided information is stored in the device as long as the Application is installed.

By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing,” means using your preferences to compute and render the spectrogram (of the sound recorded by the microphone).
